One of the first things I am asked by fellow photographers is what type of equipment I use. I have often said that the equipment is just a tool for the photographer to use and I have yet to see a camera take photographs on its own (granted it is just plain fun to collect). However, the comment that I hear when people look at my work is “wow, you must have a really good camera”. That used to bug me because I was the one doing all the work and the gear was getting credit but now, I enjoy it as a compliment. My preference is Nikon gear but that does not mean that other brands are inferior…just different.
Below is a list of my primary equipment. I have more but this is what I use most often. If you have any questions about gear feel free to contact me anytime.
